What Happened?
Between May 4–6, 2020, MU Health Care experienced a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal information of 3,000 patients. A class action lawsuit alleged that the healthcare provider failed to implement adequate cybersecurity measures to prevent the breach.
While MU Health denies any wrongdoing, the healthcare system agreed to settle the case to avoid further litigation.

What Compensation Is Available?
Eligible class members can receive:

- Fixed Cash Payment:
